Services are rooted in evidence-based practices and current industry standards, delivered by licensed professionals and certified peer support specialists.
Our goal is to help veterans and families heal, strengthen relationships, and build lasting resilience through consistent, compassionate support.
Professional counseling focused on emotional well-being, stress management, and mental health support through personalized care.
Certified peer support specialists with lived experience provide guidance, encouragement, and group or one-on-one support. Services are available in person or via Telehealth.
Helping individuals break free from substance use through professional guidance, personalized care, and proven strategies for lifelong recovery and healing.
Guiding couples and families toward stronger relationships, healthier communication, and deeper connections through professional marriage and family counseling.

The Rally Point extends The Warriors Refuge’s mission by expanding access to counseling and peer support services across Southeast Texas.
Services provided at The Rally Point may be supported in part through grants and community partnerships, including funding from the Texas Veterans + Family Alliance Grant Program. Services are delivered in accordance with funding guidelines and organizational policies.
