The Rally Point is a Veteran Service Center located in Alvin, Texas, operating as an extension facility of The Warrior's Refuge. Our mission is to provide accessible, evidence-based counseling and peer support services to veterans and their famiies in a safe, welcoming environment.
We focus on mental health, substance use recovery, family relationships, and peer connection, meeting individuals where they are and supporting long-term resilience and well-being.

We serve U.S. veterans and eligible family members seeking professional and peer support services in the Alvin area.

Services are rooted in evidence-based practices and current industry standards, delivered by licensed professionals and certified peer support specialists.

The Rally Point offers a range of counseling and peer support services designed to address mental health, substance use, and family relationships for veterans and their loved ones. All services provided by The Warrior’s Refuge are offered at no cost to eligible veterans and their families.
Mental Health Counseling
Professional counseling focused on emotional well-being, stress management, and mental health support through personalized care.
Peer Support Services
Certified peer support specialists with lived experience provide guidance, encouragement, and group or one-on-one support. Services are available in person or via Telehealth.
Substance Abuse Counseling
Helping individuals break free from substance use through professional guidance, personalized care, and proven strategies for lifelong recovery and healing.
Marriage and Family Counseling
Guiding couples and families toward stronger relationships, healthier communication, and deeper connections through professional marriage and family counseling.

Eligibility for counseling and peer support services is based on veteran status and family relationship. Verification is required before services.
VETERANS
U.S. Veterans of all discharge types except dishonorable.
ELIGIBLE FAMILY MEMBERS
- Dependant Children (a minor child residing with the veteran or under the age of 23 if a full-time student)
- Dependent Spouses (married spouse residing with the veteran)
SURVIVING SPOUSES
Spouse residing with the veteran at the time of the veteran's death.

The Rally Point extends The Warriors Refuge’s mission by expanding access to counseling and peer support services across Southeast Texas.
Services provided at The Rally Point may be supported in part through grants and community partnerships, including funding from the Texas Veterans + Family Alliance Grant Program. Services are delivered in accordance with funding guidelines and organizational policies.
