Robin P. Ritchie

Rob is a retired Colonel with twenty-seven years’ service in both the active and reserve components of the U.S. Army where he held worldwide command and staff positions including combat command and advisory tours of duty as well as intelligence and university level teaching assignments. He commanded the last US  Infantry company on the Vietnam DMZ as well as commanding the 75th Maneuver Area Command’s Opposing Forces (OPFOR Group preparing Army National Guard units for deployment in Operation Desert Storm.

Rob is the co-founder and Managing Partner with Prohealth Resources,
LTD., a healthcare consulting and recruiting firm. Rob has over twenty-five years of information technology and healthcare experience in sales, operations, project management, business development as well as mergers and acquisitions. Rob has served as General Manager for Data Foundry, one of the original 50 ISPs in North America; President and CEO of Strategic Communication Networks; President and COO of e DOCs.net, a medical transcription and voice recognition company and Vice President of Sales and Operations for Community Health Computing (Cerner Corporation).

Rob received his undergraduate degree as a Distinguished Military Graduate from The Virginia Military Institute and his MA degree in Government from Texas Christian University. Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Warriors’ Refuge. The Refuge provides transient housing for homeless veterans as well as full range of support services. Additionally, Rob is currently the President of the Houston Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America.

His past nonprofit service includes:

 –  Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Impact a Hero.
–  Vice Chairman of the Board of Habitat for Humanity, Texas.
– Board President of Fort Bend County Habitat for Humanity.

Rob resides in Sugar Land, TX with his spouse Jan and is the proud father
of two children and six grandchildren.
